To use certain features you need to register an account by providing accurate information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for the activities carried out through your account.

BENACH is a technology intermediation platform that facilitates orders, payments and deliveries between customers, merchants and riders. Unless otherwise stated, products are sold by merchants and deliveries are carried out by riders.

Prices, availability and product descriptions are provided by merchants. At the time of ordering you are shown the total and any applicable charges. Service and delivery fees may apply.

Payments are handled through third-party payment providers. BENACH does not store the full details of payment instruments. Any payment disputes are handled according to the applicable procedures.

Deliveries are carried out by riders through the Platform. Times and ETAs are estimates and may vary depending on traffic, weather and availability.

Merchants are responsible for the content they publish (menus, images, descriptions). User reviews must be truthful and respectful; we reserve the right to remove content that violates the rules.

Any points, wallet and promotions are subject to specific rules. Points have no monetary value unless otherwise stated and may be subject to limits, expiry and conditions of use.

You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to compromise its security and not to infringe the rights of third parties.

We may suspend or restrict accounts in case of breach of terms, fraud or risk to the security of the Platform or of users.

The BENACH trademark, the software and the content of the Platform are protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use is not permitted.

The Platform integrates third-party services (e.g. maps, payments, hosting). The use of such services is also subject to their respective terms.

To the extent permitted by law, BENACH is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Platform. [Limitation clauses — to be defined with legal counsel.]
