You receive the outcome: approved, with requested changes or not eligible. If approved, you access the rider app.

BENACH supports various vehicles including bikes, e-bikes, scooters, motorcycles and cars. The usable vehicle may vary depending on the city and local regulations.
How am I paid?+
Earnings and payments are managed through the rider app. The specific financial terms are communicated to you during onboarding: we don't publish unverified figures.
How long does approval take?+
After submission, the application is reviewed by the BENACH team. Times depend on document verification. There is no automatic approval.
Do I need a fixed schedule?+
No. You can go online whenever you're available, depending on demand in your area.
