Depending on how you use BENACH, we may process: account data (name, email, credentials), contact data, order data, payment data (handled by third-party providers), delivery addresses, geolocation data of customers and riders, real-time tracking data, merchant data (business, menu, documents), rider data (vehicle, documents), support requests, notification preferences and technical/analytics data.

We process data to provide the service (performance of the contract), manage orders and deliveries, ensure security and abuse prevention, comply with legal obligations, and — where applicable — for service improvement and communications, on the basis of consent or legitimate interest. The specific legal bases are subject to legal review.

For deliveries and tracking we use location data of customers (address/location) and riders (real-time position during service). This data is used to match orders, calculate routes and ETAs and show the delivery status.

BENACH uses providers that may process data on our behalf, including: Google Maps and Places (maps, places, geocoding), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), payment providers, email providers and artificial intelligence services, when active. Each provider processes data according to its own terms and privacy notice.

We use technical cookies necessary for operation. Analytics and marketing cookies are only activated with prior consent, where required. You can manage your preferences via the dedicated banner when available.

We retain data for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and legal obligations. The specific retention periods are subject to definition and legal review.

Some providers may process data outside the user's country. In such cases we adopt the safeguards required by applicable law. The details are subject to legal review.

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect data, including access controls and database-level security rules. However, no system is 100% secure.

BENACH is not intended for minors in the age groups not permitted by local regulations. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without the protections required by law.

Within the limits provided by applicable law, you can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as withdraw consent. To exercise them, write to legal@benach.app.
